Continuando com os grupos vocais femininos, destacamos hoje as Shirelles, com a música campeã das adolescentes inseguras, Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow? O mundo estava mudando, e os relacionamentos íntimos eram mais comuns entre os jovens. O casal Gerry Goffin e a fantástica Carole King traduziram o sentimento de solidão após uma noite de amor compondo este clássico que hoje perdura na voz de Amy Winehouse. Os covers do grupo não são novidades, pois desde o começo, especialmente os ingleses, apareciam no topo das paradas. Só os Beatles gravaram Boys e Baby It’s You. Destacamos a voz que previu o fenômeno Motown, Shirley Owens.
