Até a morte de Karen Carpenter por anorexia nervosa, os Carpenters eram lembrados por uma série de canções românticas, magnificamente interpretadas por ela e seu irmão Richard. Just put them in the turntable because the tracks proposed no surprises, as if the listener sailed a velvet sea. But then came the tragedy that fans could predict each and every day, as the star was fading away. And all this happened in the middle of success; remaining the consolation of so many musical programs the duo left us as legacy. The posted song, Only Yesterday, opened and closed an LP dedicated to nostalgia where songs like Please Mister Postman were sung in the characteristic style of the Carpenters.
