Sendo Deus uma entidade ainda maior do que o Universo e o Tempo por ser da enésima potência (portanto infinita), tratou o homem de entendê-lo reduzindo o Criador à sua própria dimensão. Todos os livros religiosos, todas as mitologias, são tentativas patéticas de aprisionar o Infinito numa caixa minúscula, mas ornada segundo o que o homem considera mais precioso. No entanto, a Ciência começa a invadir este terreno durante tantos séculos reservados para os “iluminados”.
Being God an entity even greater than Universe and Time therefore belonging to an infinite power, men did their best to understand Him reducing the Creator to his own dimension. All religious books, all mythologies, are but pathetic attempts to imprison Infinite into a tiny box, but embroidered according what men consider as the most precious. However, Science begins to invade these fields so many centuries reserved to the “enlightened”.
O quê a “velha atitude” ainda nos reserva? Mais guerras de extermínio baseadas na vontade de Deus? Pois, olhando para o passado, todos os povos se sentiram eleitos pela divindade, recebendo carta branca que lhes conferiam poderes de vida ou morte e convencimento forçado ao seu ponto de vista.
What does the “old attitude” still reserves? More extermination wars based on the God’s will? Thus, looking back, all peoples felt chosen by divinity, receiving carte blanche granting power of life or death and forced acceptance to their points of view.
No momento em que redijo (1-9-2011), o mundo passa por mudanças radicais, por revoluções nunca imaginadas, pelo renascimento do ódio radical, acolhido por partidos políticos em todas as partes do mundo. A História nos ensinou direitinho qual o resultado da insanidade em confronto com a intransigência. Tenho mesmo que lembrar?
As I write this down (9-1-2011), the world experiments radical changes, never before imagined revolutions, the rebirth of radical hate, hidden by political parties around the globe. History taught us too well the result of insanity in confrontation with intransigence. Do I really have to remind these?
